I am co-hosting this retreat with my my dear friend and colleague Kate Bailey, life coach, yoga teacher and founder of LoveSober.

Rough outline of the retreat

This retreat will connect with the energies of the season, offering

• A circle and gathering ritual.

• A gentle movement practice to meet the warmth of summer.

• Nature connection group or solo work, with herbal tea and seasonal snack.

• Grounding, slow, meditative rest practice.

• A closing circle ritual.
