Yoga Nidra gives you the power to make a profound connection to yourself, your energy/ health and the way you think and feel. thinking. Practising with restorative yoga also offers you the chance to be in your body in a way that supports tenderness and care.
Notes on practising
You can practice this eyes open, or closed and you can be moving or still.
I invite you to practise in a supported shape (using cushions, blankets and pillows) either lying down, reclining or sitting. Make sure you are as comfortable and warm and as you can be.
Please know you can’t get this practice wrong and however the practice lands with you (it’s difficult to focus, bored, content, rested) there is no right or wrong way to feel it. I invite you to be open to however the practice lands with you.
Making space for grief
This 25min imagined Sleep practice invites you to create a space to be present with grief.
Retreat
This was recorded live at an event and focuses on retreating to our centre away from the noise of life. 30mins
