I am a BACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor and Yoga Therapist. I’ve been supporting people since 2008 to feel and think differently.
SUPPORT
It might look like people have life all figured out but things aren’t always as they look. I have yet to meet a human who hasn’t needed support at some time or another. None of us escape the human condition, we all feel sadness, worry, guilt, shame, joy, happiness, fear. All of us.
Taking steps to get support can be hard for each of us for different reasons.
To me, there’s no right way to do therapy — which means you can’t get it wrong. You may have something specific you want to work on, or you might just know you need space and time to talk things through.
I want you to know I’m here when you’re ready. You are not alone. We can work together to help you to see the changes you want in your life.
WHAT I BRING
I support people through talking therapy, nervous system regulation/body and nature connection to create positive therapeutic change.
Please know I have no expectations of how you should be — come exactly as you are, however you are. Our work together is built on a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, honesty, and understanding. You decide whether we talk, bring in body work, or a blend of both. We’ll work at your pace.
I have specialist training in trauma, and while I’ve worked with many people across different community and mental health settings, I would say I have particular experience in working with neurodiversity, trauma, and the challenges faced by women.
I am late diagnosed AuDHD.
