Welcome. I’m glad you’re here

I am a BACP registered Person-Centred Counsellor and Yoga Therapist. I’ve been supporting people since 2008 to feel and think differently.

Support

It can look like people have life all figured out, but things aren’t always how they look. I have yet to meet a human who hasn’t needed support at some time or another. None of us escape the human condition, we all feel sadness, worry, guilt, shame, joy, happiness, fear.

Taking steps to get support can be hard for each of us for different reasons.

To me, there’s no right way to do therapy — which means you can’t get it wrong. You may have something specific you want to work on, or you might just know you need space and time to talk things through.

I support people navigating a wide range of life challenges; self-harm, suicidal ideation, gender identity, chronic pain, sexuality, anxiety, grief and loss, abuse, and substance misuse. I have specialist experience in working with all stages of womanhood, trauma, young adults, and neurodiversity.

I support individuals and groups to move towards greater self-understanding and gentler ways of being with themselves.

I want you to know I’m here when you’re ready. You are not alone. We can work together to help you to see the changes you want in your life.

About me & how I work

I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman and a registered person-centred counsellor and yoga therapist. I offer a trauma-sensitive space where you are welcome exactly as you are, however you are.

I work relationally, because I believe healing is possible through a safe, attuned connection. With care and consent, we notice what arises between us and within you, creating space for new experiences of safety, trust, and empathy.

Our work is collaborative and paced by you and your nervous system. If you wish we can draw on nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and nature connection supporting you to build a deeper relationship with yourself — one rooted in compassion rather than criticism.

We might talk, sit in silence, slow things down, notice breath and sensation, or explore how your body carries your story.

I will be guided by you and your wishes and hopes are for therapy and life.

Since 2008, I have worked therapeutically in private practice and community settings including Mill View Mental Health Hospital, Rise, Oasis, As You Are, Plumpton College, Release for Women and Cruse.
