I am a person-centred counsellor and yoga therapist and I’m here to support you to live the way you want.

SUPPORT

We are all only human. No one has life all sorted out, even if it looks like they do. I have yet to meet a human who hasn’t needed support at some time or another.

Asking for and taking steps to get support can be hard for each of us for different reasons.

There is no right way to do therapy which means you can’t get it wrong. You may have something specific you want to work on or, you just know you need space and time to talk things through.

I want you to know I’m here when you’re ready. You are not alone. We can work together to help you to see the changes you want in your life.

 
 

ABOUT ME

I am a BACP Person-Centred Counselling trainee (qualifying in August 2025) and BCYT qualified Yoga Therapist. I have specialist training in trauma and work in a trauma sensitive way.

Since 2021 I have worked therapeutically 121 and facilitated peer support /groups and courses; for parents/ carers of neurodivergent young people, mothers and women with trauma.

I am late diagnosed AuDHD and live in a neurodivergent family.

I am passionate about supporting people to feel more at home in themselves, no matter who they are.
