This 4 week pre-recorded course is designed to take you through a journey of movement, breath, rest and reflection to support your peri-menopause and female health.

You will find four pages containing all the information you need for each week of the course, practice videos, audio recordings and reflection invitations.
Make the course serve you, not the other way around
We all live different lives and have different life commitments. You may find fitting in all a classes for one week doesn’t work around your life. Or, you may be able to do them all in a week. However your approach it, make it work for you, your energy levels and your life’s rhythm.
Get prepared
Getting prepared sets the intention and tone for how you move through the course. Take a little time to get yourself set up and ready to make a start.
Read the ‘Practice Information’ (equipment/ honouring your body).
Set up a space for your practice. Put your equipment near by ready for easy use.
Look at your week ahead and plan in your sessions. This can help you to feel accountable to yourself and also show you how realistic your class schedule is? Perhaps you need to take more time to complete each week? That’s OK. Make the course work for you.

2 hours 15 minutes of practice each week for four weeks.

and offers inspirations, reflections and practice videos.
Types of classes included
MOVE
MOVE & TONE, 30min
In these sessions we use light weights or resistance to help build gentle tone to support better bone health and increase cardiovascular effort.
MOVE & RELEASE, 30min
In these sessions we use the ground and other props (massage balls/ two tennis balls in a sock, cushions, blankets) to help come into a more gentle relationship with the body allowing our nervous system to learn how to release tension without ‘stretch’.
BREATH
BREATHE, 30min
These sessions invite you to explore the power of your breathing as the quickest tool we have to change our physical and emotional state. The sessions also offer the breath as a meditative practice.
REST
IMAGINE REST, 45min
These sessions combine restorative yoga (using household props) to support the body in comfort whilst being offered the meditative practice of Imagined Sleep (nidra) practice. This practice is deeply restful and restoring for body and mind.
IMAGINED SLEEP, 15-20min
These practices offer a meditative practice of effortless rest to help restore you.
