WELLBEING COURSE
YOUR HOSTS
Myself and a co-host have teamed up with Lovebrook Farm to deliver our Women In Nature Course. We are passionate about creating connections with ourselves and our environment through our relationship each other and nature.
WHO’S IT FOR?
These sessions are particularly aimed at women who may have experienced challenges including depression, anxiety, trauma, social isolation or chronic illness. It is a compassionate space, where participants will be invited to participate in as much as they feel comfortable with on any particular day. Participants will need to have enough physical mobility to move around in a countryside environment, and feel comfortable being outdoors for the majority of the session.

ABOUT THE COURSE
WHAT TO BRING
Yourself just as you are. Weather appropriate clothing. The group meets whatever the weather outside or under gentle shelter. Lunch to enjoy post session with the group.
